Services and utilizes the World Wide Web and the Harbor Country Welcome Site as the media
format for an Internet Advertising Service. If you’re looking for Authoring and/or Maintenance

HarborCountry.com Advertising Display Rates are divided into three groups.
The price of putting your Web site online does not include file upload & storage charges, graphic
design work or graphic conversion charges.

- Up to (3) Voice and/or Fax numbers (any combination – Size 2)
- Two lines for business description. (limited to 72 characters/line – Size 2, 65 characters/line – Size 3. Spaces are counted as characters)
- Please, let us include a “Link” to your e-mail address.
Professional Presence Listing – ($50/year) A
“Business Listing” (see description above) in the Harbor Country – Business Guide with a “Link” to and from your own “Advertising Page” (Site Development price not included). This one page Business Display Ad (Typically 600 x 900 pixels or approximately three screens in length, on a 14" Monitor) includes:
Full Service Internet Exposure Listing – ($100/year) A
“Business Listing” (see description above) in the Harbor Country – Business Guide with a “Link” to your
Web Site (Site Development price not included). You can have the best Internet Exposure available today!
Professional Shop Charges are as follows:
- Web Site maintenance is $25/hour. (min. of 1 hr.)
- Graphic Design work is $50/hour. (min. of 1 hr.)
“Hot Spot” advertising graphics are available in several different categories.
These are priced individually and in addition to the normal site charges (120x60 in gif 89a
format unless otherwise specified).

Harbor Country – Classified Ad pricing is based on five lines of advertising. Additional lines are available in groups of five.
Photos can be used, but only through a “Link.” $50.00 for each Graphics Image scanned from your
camera ready art or photograph.

- Community Organizations: One (1) month of advertising on the Net for Free! (limited to 30 days per event)
Advertising Agreement: HarborCountry.com reserves the
right to refuse and/or cancel advertisements that do not fulfill the obligations set forth in the
advertising agreement. HarborCountry.com does not accept advertising requests from
organizations selling products or services related to pornography. Sites with “Link(s)” to other
advertisements are charged per advertisement. Prices are valid for the entire advertising term.
Current prices are subject to change without notice. HarborCountry.com reserves the right to
make changes to the site content and appearance at any time without notice. For more contractual terms, see the Advertising Agreement.
Limitation on Damages: In no event will HarborCountry.com be liable beyond
the cost of the advertising space, to the “Advertiser” for any special, incidental, or consequential
damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and
whether or not HarborCountry.com has been advised of the possibility of such damage. For more contractual terms, see the Advertising Agreement.
